If you MUST use OTM (which is junk) then make sure you tell it to synchronize immediately and watch it make the changes to ensure they happen. I hate OTM for this very reason. BTW make sure your CLS is HTA.

go to LD 117 and type--inv generate card
you will see--Card inventory generation started successfully
wait for --Inventory card generation complete
then you type--inv prt cards
this will give you a list of all your cards including NT5D12

If the system was programmed correctly, then the power units would have been defined in LD 12. All you have to do is go to LD 20 and REQ: prt TYPE: pwr then press enter until it list your power tns. NOTE: If they did not build them in LD 12 (which is basically just a label because they work...
If it is working by sending it to a phone, but will not work when using an ACD/NCFW, why not use a phantom dn and DCFW instead? I am just asking acewarlock. Not trying to start anything.

Ace the question was ask to bhorocks. I don't need some smart mouth junk from you. JP seems to help people with their problems without the chip on his shoulder. Lighten up and find a little joy. I was just sharing my experience with the MOV command to try to help.
If it's not broke, don't...
Another question is have you been using the MOV or CPY alot of phones. I use CPY quite often with little to no problems, however MOV will cause nightmares. Are you using it?
If it's not broke, don't fix it. This might be the way, this is Nortel.
I had this problem with an Option 61. The customer removed a piece of equipment that had CDR records going to it and did not inform us. The switch began to crash periodically. Nortel ETAS finally figured out what it was. Make sure you do not have CDR records or errors building up and crashing...
Why not use MCR key and have one number for Helpdesk. Just assign to both phones, you could even have 2 appearances on each phone if you want. Very easy to do.
It also limits you on "breaking out the orange, green and brown pair of wires". Essentially you get one device per cable just like data. I have installed several systems this way and other than what I have already mentioned the only draw back is ATTEMPTING to keep to mess of patch cords from...
Picture Windows PC console is awesome. They have great support staff and will assist you with linking to an Active Directory if you like. This makes it very easy for your receptionist to look up people and transfer the call with the click of a mouse.
Tried xbk and XBK both give me error code EDD010 (invalid command)
Any other ideas? I started in the telecom business when RLS 23 came out so I do not have much experience with RLS 21.
I believe LD 143 came along with Rls 23. Can you confirm that for me because I am not sure. I tried your suggetion and it did not work. When I type LD 143 I receive OVL014 which means Incorrect Parameters.
