Greetings All,

We have a toll free number here that enters a callpilot application. The options given are 1 for english, 2 for french.

If 1 is selected, the application routes to an internal number and the call is completed.

If 2 is selected, it is supposed to route to another extension, which is NCFW to a LD number to our Quebec office.

If you call the extension that is NCFW to Quebec, it rings 4 times, then goes to VM on that number, which is correct

If you get routed through the application, it rings twice in the Quebec office. If the call is answered in those two rings, everything works properly.

If, however, the call is not answered in those two rings, the recorded message "Your call cannot be completed" is played, and the call is dropped. We need this to ring 3 - 4 times then transfer to VM on the remote system, similar to what happens if I call the NCFW number.

Given that the call can be transfered there if answered promptly, I don't expect it's an issue with permissions to transfer LD, CFXA, etc.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

If it is working by sending it to a phone, but will not work when using an ACD/NCFW, why not use a phantom dn and DCFW instead? I am just asking acewarlock. Not trying to start anything.

Technology....is a strange thing. It brings you gifts with one hand and stabs you in the back with the other.

Just by saying that you have.

I didn't see anything that jumps out at me. but you could try a Phantom phone like nortelfonguy said, but only put CFXA in the CLS and don't put any HUNT FNA or MWA or anything else in the CLS

FTR DCFW 91xxxxxxxxx

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

The reason I haven't gone with a phantom is simply that I don't know how to create one, nor the implications of doing so. What makes a phantom better/different than an ACD?
Also, do I need a different license for it?

Not sure if LD97 is helpful for some of this?
