Assume that you are using the inter flow dialling list in the ACD queue programming for the press 1 options? If you run the queue reports it will be the calls in the inter flow column I believe

as of MCD 7 you can put RADs in Ring groups. Ring groups have now been designed to be basic ACD really. You use the Call Coverage form to assign up to 2 RADs in the ring group. Look in the help file

The phones will still fail over to the other controller is one dies and the mbg is still up. Just add both in the icps form. But if you have resiliency at the controller level it is best to have multiple mbg's. Then you covered for all eventualities.

Are the 2 systems clustered? If so mcd 7 allows for proper use of remote extensions in a ring group
