Evening all,

I think I know the answer, just need confirmation.

I have a hunt group configured with extension 101, 102 and 103 which is setup as terminal.

When 101 is not available, on no answer can the call overflow to extension 102?

I cant setup a ring group as we currently use RAD greetings for queuing, unless we can use RAD on a ring group.

Thank you

Regards

Andy

Do any of the extensions need to route to VM (or anywhere) on no answer if called directly?

If no, then setup no answer forwarding to the next station in hunt

If yes, then prepare for disappointment.

as of MCD 7 you can put RADs in Ring groups. Ring groups have now been designed to be basic ACD really. You use the Call Coverage form to assign up to 2 RADs in the ring group. Look in the help file

Also ACD Express is "free"

Hi Mitelmatt,

I have never used Call coverage on a ring group before, done some testing this morning and It works perfect.

Thank you for your help all.
