Change an outbound line id to a different number on isdn line. Create a short code 7 to access an outside line using the outbound line id number. Tell you tenant to access their line by dialing 7

If I remember correctly, IPO does its own housecleaning every 3 to 4 hrs. You dont need to do anything. It will adjust itself.

djtt.... Technicaly you installed and support it. That alone jeopordizes your contract with Avaya. I am pretty sure that your customer would listen to you if you told them to buy authentic.
Just remember Gray Market killed Nortel. We dont want this to happen to Avaya.

I had a problematic ipoffice that was rebooting after merge.
Its caused by corrupted cfg file. Login with a laptop, pull config file on a fresh copy of manager.
