Group Paging??

How do I get paging to work?? I have never programmed it before and can not get it to work!! Any help would be appreciated. The system is just a plain partner with no vm and a T1 feeding it.

Add each extension to Calling Group 1 -
-From Ext. 10 or 11
-Feature 00
-Left Intercom Twice
-#502-1-(Extension Number)-1 (Do for each extension to be included)
-Feature 00

Call Paging Group No. 1 and page!
-From any phone
-Intercom *71
-Speak after the beep
