Thanks. I have it set in user rights. I tried changing the ext to a different location with no success. I'll try and do some monitor traces and contact Avaya if I can't figure it out.
T1 Uses all 24 channels. PRI uses 23 plus Dch for signaling.
The customer is the one who wants me to chase this gremlin. I think as long as the 23 channels are up then we shouldn't be trying fix 1 channel.
