    T1 Uses all 24 channels. PRI uses 23 plus Dch for signaling. The customer is the one who wants me to chase this gremlin. I think as long as the 23 channels are up then we shouldn't be trying fix 1 channel.

    Thanks it ended up being a problem on the network. Replacing one switch and rebooting a routing switch fixed the problem.
