Hi guys, I recently configured and IP office 9.107 with UCM . I went thorough the ignition process and all seemed ok. When I Plugged a phone in it says vm not running. In system monitor it says operational but Ip address say 0.0.0.0 and in ip office Manager under VM I get 0.0.0.0 for the address. Do I have to totally reinstall the S/W to set and IP again?

Hi pjazz,
I am currently experiencing the very same issue my IPO has RLS 9.1.7
My UC Module V2 is also at RLS 9.1.7.
In System Status my IP address is 192.168.42.200 and reports: Operational
In Manager under VM tab my address is 192.168.42.200.
When I Plugged a phone in it also says voicemail not running.
I am at a lost here myself!

Possible password problem?
Edit the security settings in IP Office AND in the UCM and set a password for VM Pro, then open the VM Pro client and enter the same password there.

Thanks for the reply intrigrant.
Edit the security settings in IP Office AND in the UCM and set a password for VM Pro, then open the VM Pro client and enter the same password there, results in the same error voicemail not running.

Thanks for the reply. The only problem is I can't communicate with the UCM as I don't know the IP.

Oh sorry, did not read well. Power down IP Office, remove UCM and try another slot.

Nevertheless... It should show an IP address in Manager and SSA. Try to plug in a monitor to get the IP address from Linux login screen.

Ended up reinstalling UCM software.
