Hi all,
I have an IPO 500V2 9.1.9
This system is using a dual PRI card. The first circuit is a PRI and the Second circuit is a T1.
The T1 is specifically used for long distance and incoming 800 calls. We recently noticed that incoming 800 calls were not coming in after I upgraded to 9.1.9.
I don't think its related but I ended up looking at the T1 and noticed the 1st channel was out of service. I reset the channel and calls started to come in again but channel 1 still shows as out of service see pic. I compared the settings of the working channels and they match so I'm leaning toward a problem on the telco side and of coarse they state there test point toward the PBX. I had the customer power cycle the CSU and the channel is still out of service. So I'm looking for opinions on what the problem is. Since I don't have a T1 tester my next step is to go on site and plug a loop back plug in and see if the channel comes up.
Also noted is when the number is called it's just dead air on the caller end and dead air on the called end.
