and that is what I did but it forwards without playing the message or if I get it to play the message it never transfers. I guess I'll keep adjusting until I figure it out.
Hi guys,
due to a merger I have been asked to inform the clients that call our call center of a new number to dial. Currently I am forwarding the old call center number via the IPOffice to the new number which is an external destination. Call forwarding does not play a message before...
Recently did an upgrade to 8.0.44 and a few weeks after we starting experiencing our IP phones constantly restarting. They seem to be getting random VLan Id's and are having trouble getting DHCP. Has anyone else experienced this? I have tried to download 8.1 but Download website keeps telling me...
I have 5 offices all running IP500's. They have been interconnected via an Verizon MPLS network for about 3 years with little to no issues with voice quaility. We recently had an inadvertant circuit disconnect by Verizon in our VA office which has been restored. During the outage I upgraded all...
I'm running VMpro and an IPO 500. I wanted to set up an ext that would be a message alert which would hang up when complete and would answer immediatley without the caller hearing a ring. For instance when I dial the ext now it rings once then picks up, Can I eliminate the ring? I realize it's...

We are currently adding a predictive dialer to our phone system. One problem that we experience is that the Avaya IP Office 500 plays a tone that is not recognized by the dialer. Does anyone know how to program a fast busy when the far end disconnects?
Thanks for your input, I might point out that I opened Outlook on the VMpro server and created an identical message manually and Active sync did forward that message. Since IMS is using the outlook client I don't the "type" of message is the issue though I would not rule it out without further...
I know IMS is old and I should probably upgrade to UMS but that is costly and is in future considerations. Right now I have IMS running and still working, the problem I have is that for some reason all emails generated by IMS do not get forwarded by active sync to my iphone and Droid users. My...
I like the look and the app seems easy to use but I still get the same error I've gotten on another SIP softphone 403 Forbidden in sysmonitor, any ideas? I have a login code and I tried Force login check and unchecked.
