I have 5 offices all running IP500's. They have been interconnected via an Verizon MPLS network for about 3 years with little to no issues with voice quaility. We recently had an inadvertant circuit disconnect by Verizon in our VA office which has been restored. During the outage I upgraded all our IP offices from Version 5 to Version 8. Since the circuit restore and the upgrade we have experienced some call issues in Va. Any office Va calls will hear them fine but they claim that calls are fading in and out, volume getting low and sometimes to the point that they can't hear us at all. All calls routed through the pots lines are fine. Does anyone know of anything that may be causing this? The four other offices are fine.

I just spoke with the receptionist in Va and she told me that the fading in and out only occurs when calling our Pa office.
