Hi, I also have the same problem on a BCM400 system running the latest version of RCC. Could you please help me with your solution?
Many thanks,
Radu.

I've tried that, with no success. In the mean time, I've discovered that the cause was a bad DSP card on the CallPilot... I've replaced it and now it works fine.
Thanks!
Hi guys!
I have a CS1k 5.0 system, fully patched and a CallPilot 4.0 also fully patched. My problem is that I get no sound from any CallPilot voice prompts. I tried everything, all default prompts, creating a custom application with custom voicepromts...nothing. Note that I'm using IP phones in...

I tried a cold reboot, but it did nothing. Also, applying the latest core update did nothing. In the end I had to replace the cards; with the new ones, the firmware update was successful after one or two retries (?) but in the end it worked.
I have to check if I can restore the firmware on the...
I'm also having issues with this patch:
two out of three GATM8 MBMs stopped working with the following error message:
AlarmID: 51
Core Telephony - A trunk media bay module has been disconnected.
They show up in Telephony Resources as enabled, but no lines appear in Active Physical Lines.
I've...
in ld 17 - parm - set PCML to A
if you use a PRI card, you must define each channel in ld 14 with PCML set to A as well.
Hope this helps, correct me if I'm wrong guys.

Hi guys,
I have an issue using an ICB Rls4.0 and a PRI line. When the conference is established and one external participant leaves the conference by hanging up the (mobile) phone, all others hear a busy tone for about 30 seconds. The only way around this is to mute that participant using the...
I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm not getting any dtmf tones from my ip phones to the local integrated conference bridge. I have set the eest and dtmf to yes in ld 15, ftr_data, but the tones still don't get to the ICB.
seems there's a bug in the CPPM software blocking either the FMD or RMD boot capability. I tried booting from the faceplate to upload another customer database on the system, and it wouldn't boot from the RMD, although I pressed F to boot from the faceplate. Then I tried formatting the FMD to...
I've managed to solve the issue partially by manually converting all the wav files to a-law. Now the voice prompts are no longer distorted, but I still have a problem that happened before the change. When I try to use a dial-out group, I get this message on the ICB serial port:
0043 DEBUG...
I've noticed something on the reboot: the card is setup to use mu-law. How do I change this to A-Law? I'm in Europe and I have the phones and the PRI set to A-law.
I'm browsing through the debug cli menu now, but there is no NTP describing the commands.
I have a cs1000e 5.0 system, new install, with a PRI line and a ICB rls 4 installed. I use IP Phones as extensions.
When I dial into the conference bridge, either from the IP phones, or on the PRI line, the voice prompts are very noisy and distorted; the users barely understand what the...
OK, it worked with a 1GB compact flash, fortunately. Seems it's a must to have this capacity FMD.
Anyway, after it booted and formatted the FMD, the system again wouldn't boot, it froze after the CPU frequency listing. I had to format the 15MB partition left visible on the FMD with the mkboot...
