how to change the NORTEL , name display in the phone on the switch

i need change the NORTEL , name display in the phone. in with ld i can change this on the switch????

he's right. older rls switches needed keycodes for that.. and 17 and prior did not have the option at all... mine came in the box with rls 3..

on Rls 5.0 it doesn't seem to work in ld 17 at all. It only displays the value: idle_set_display NORTEL and skips it.
Any ideas?
