I am a small business owner handling all of my own IT and using IP Office. I have learned quite a bit on my own about IP Office and VM Pro, but definitely not an expert or even close to it. I can't afford to bring in the pro's on this, but I am looking for a way to monitor our small...
Have been using this system for 5 years and never had this problem, then 2 separate users complained of the same thing the same week, so I don't think it is user error.
I think I saw a post relating to this problem in the past, but can't seem to find it. Anyway, I have reports of voicemails appearing in users in boxes days after the message is left. Anyone have any idea where I should start looking for problems or what might cause this to happen? Thanks

Hey, thanks for quick response. I tried the upgrade, but get error "All selected units failed to transfer". There was one unit in red with check. Then get message "One or more systems failed to upgrade".

We had to replace our IP400 DS 16 V2. Trying to intsall new one but when phones are plugged in, it reads Please Wait... forever. On the configuration before the old one was replaced, it said version 6.1 (9) but new one is showing as 4.1 (31). Does this sound like it just needs the firware...
We have 2 locations, main location is IP 406, 2nd is IP 500. Locations are connected via dedicated line. My question is, If a user is set up on the IP 406 as hot desk user, shouldn't they be able to go to the 2nd location and logon as a hot desk user there?
I had to rebuild by voicemail pro installation and call flow as it was corrupt, once I did that, everything seems to be working now. Thanks for all your help :)
