Not sure if this can work or not, but it's worth a try. I'm trying to use Outlook with an IMAP/POP email account (not exchange) and everything works well when I am at the site. However, go away from the site and connect via VPN (Sonicwall TZ170 at the site and Global Vpn client running on the...
need some Outlook help, trying to get the messages in the Callpilot (Messaging 150) folder to show up in the preview pane along with the regular outlook messages so the user doesn't have to click back and forth to do a quick view of both. I'm sure I have done it in the past but too long ago to...
Thanks Hawks, but that list is typical of a lot of them that are out there. Pretty good for basic kind of stuff, but there are only about 70 codes there and I already have one (that I printed on Feb. 6, 2001) with around 170 codes on it. That would have been the CICS/MICS 2.0 era. Most of the...
Anyone have a good link to a comprehensive list of Feature codes? Seems like customers are always asking for it. I have a few tattered printouts in my laptop bag that I've collected from various places over the years. I make a copy of one or another and hand it to them. With as many folks as...
Maybe put in a second destination entry for each user...I think if the user removes themself from the notification schedule the system would call the next person in line....they would have to screw up twice before they would be calling you...then you wouldn't have to feel bad for making them...
That's a new one. One thing I've learned about these things(BCMs), is if they're doing something that's completely off the wall, "poke it in the I". Reboot.

I can't remember exactly on the BCM....Telephony, features, ....it is a system programming parameter on the CICS/MICS....sorry I can't remember exactly where on the BCM
look at transfer callback setting, as far as the system is concerned, the call is being transfered from the voicemail if coming from a CCR Tree, if unanswered it would go back to the voice mail. Explains why a call directly to it works ok. Another trick I have used in the past is have calls go...
Be sure to use "both" center conductors if using radio or CD, to make sure you have both channels (left and right)of the stereo source going into your system.
Hubbell (and others) make a jack with 110 type terminations on one side and phono on the other. You can put it into a surface mount biscuit, or mount it into a wall mount plate. Then run a jumper from the 110 connection on it to your system blocks, and a cable from the MOH unit into the phono...
Glad you got it going justus. Regarding the schedule....important to understand that the non-business hours time overides other settings. Sounds like you already learned that the hard way. So it's important to make sure that you have configured it to take into account the weekends. Look at your...
if I am thinking about this correctly, when you cahange the recieved number length, you will loose all the entries in you target line recieved number fields....will have to re-enter that info
