Can you program voice mail to zero out while in someone mailbox?

I did that, the attn set is 300 this a call pilot voice mail system

You can set a target attendant for each mailbox to go to any extension you like when dialing 0.

feature 982 to set up operator....unless you are using call pilot manager, then go to "operator settings". Although each user can choose a target attendant ,the default has to be set up.(the default is actually"none")

And under F982- operator programming, make sure Attendant Availabe=Y. If that's set to N, then 0 will go to gen del.

Log into mail box. Go to admin and dial 5 for target attendent and assign any extention you want for a "0" out of that mail box.
