I did add the leave voicemial action with the group number in the specific field, but that just went and rang the group that I entered...maybe I messed up there.

If the condition matches a closed parameter, it goes off to a generic action with a .wav that says 'we're closed, please leave a message...'

I've got an Avaya IPO 412 with a VCM card for VoIP.
I also have an ISAand a a Cisco PIX firewall.
I use Phone Manager Pro on a laptop for the call managent.
To connect to the Avaya I use the Cisco VPN client software.

I'm in the UK using Vodafone. What you say about the call connecting makes sense actually, so it just won't see the call as unanswered in which case it won't bring it back to try the second number.
But again, the assisted transfer will still see the call as connected so that...

Initially, I thought this couldn't be done, but there must be a way of getting round it.
I need to send all calls from Voicemial Pro to a mobile, which I can do.
But, I wonder if there's a way to make the call goto a second mobile if the first doesn't...

When I connect using VPN (Cisco client to PIX) I can get PM up and working, I get all the directories and features etc, I can also make a call succesfully...

So, it looks like first call will be to BT to lift the witheld feature on our lines then remove the system short codes that are set within the IPO that also withold our number.
Then, after all that, we should just present whatever the users DI is....I'll let you know.
