Break to Voicemail while in Queue 1

Hi all,

I know there's a way to do this, just can't quite get it...

I've got a group with queueing. This goes to a group start point in Voicemail Pro with the queue & still queued entry points.

But, I need to have an option when the caller gets to the still queued point that gives the caller the option to leave a voicemail for the group they're waiting for or to hold for an agent.

Can someone help please?

in the "still queued" module for that hunt group, stuff a menu item in there with the options of your digit to break out and a timeout. route the digit to the voicemail box
