I believe the protocol for name and number is NI2. I have always had to specify NI1 or NI2 when ordering. Typically, I just use NI1 which is number only. If you have the order sheet from you telco provider, it should be detailed there.

Each extension has to be loaded in the T-server under "Devices". This also includes VDNs that are being monitored. Also, the DN must match the user profile under the MY DN value or you will experience additional problems.
