    I believe the protocol for name and number is NI2. I have always had to specify NI1 or NI2 when ordering. Typically, I just use NI1 which is number only. If you have the order sheet from you telco provider, it should be detailed there. Joe

    Each extension has to be loaded in the T-server under "Devices". This also includes VDNs that are being monitored. Also, the DN must match the user profile under the MY DN value or you will experience additional problems.
