Remote logout of agent 1

on a 3.0 s8300, I am having touble getting the remote logout of agent feature to work. The feature code is assigned, and the COR of the supervisor and agent is stroked Y. I am trying to log out an agent from a supervisor's phone, not via a vector

on list trace station getting denial event 1770 Rmt Logout tenant number D1=0x904 D2=0x146

what am I missing, besides most of my hair?

They must have console permissions. Look at the COS.
Also they have to be in the same tenant partition.

I have the same problem. Haven't fully confirmed this one yet, but (I think) my problem is that the agent's stations are in the same tenants as their supervisors but the tenant of the agent id is not in the correct partition. Just thought Testing this one tonight...

Yes I found the same thing

it was the tenanct number on the agent ID messing it up

we are considering creating a new tenant number for all call center elements, which comes in handy later if the call center wants a different music source
