Make sure the firmware on the handset is correct for the build you are running on the IPO.
If it is 6.0.14 the handset should be 3_11 which will show as 3.110b in SSA

Dont confuse "log out" with "Busy wrap up".
If you disable your membership in one hunt group (busy wrap up), you will disappear from this hunt group in CCV as you can only be seen in one state. For example , you cant be seen as ready in one group, and busy wrap up in another.
For a test, put the...
You should be able to do what you want within condition editor and compare.
By using the new $TIMEQUEUED and $TIMESYSTEM variables in 4.1.27 VMPro, i think you will be able to achieve what you want. You will just have to work out the timings between the messages and all should be good. I think...
Hi,
You can set the display time for the alarm under the Alarm settings tab.
The audio alarm is only for the PC running CCV. You can set an alarm tone from the wallboard server, but this is only for wall mounted Wallboards such as the Ferrograph.

The last reboot in the error list shows you are running 3.1.65. The next build which was 3.2.17 addressed a couple of TLB reboot errors and build 3.2.55 addressed even more. Suggest you upgrade to at least the latest of 3.2 (67) or higher still to 4.0.14. Once upgraded check you config for...

How did you connect to the VM computer?

If it has been corrupted, you will have uninstall / re-install. If you have exported the database...
You are not meant to be able to barr extension to extension dialing, but on 4.0.5 you can make a single digit shortcode that works. Havnt tried on 4.0.7 yet.
For example if your extns are 2XX the shortcode is
SC:2
Tele:.(or blank)
Feat:Busy
You may want to reduce your Dial Delay Time or Count to...
Are you using VMPro for the AA? If so, you can point the ICR straight to a call flow to the Hunt Group and create a user variable you can test to switch the destination when required.
No , you wont need any AT commands to view this. Just have the Hyper terminal/serial port settings as:
Bits per second
38,400
Parity
None
Flow Control
None
Data bits
8
Stop Bits
1
Settings | Emulation
TTY
Connect and power up the IPO and you should get the full DTE output
Yep, in the DTE output you will see an entry for LAN1 and a hex output next to it. Type the hex entries into the PC calculator and change to decimal to see the number.
To use the Success /Failure of the Leave Mail action you need to running in IP Office mode.
If you push "0" whilst listening to the message you will follow the Failure path.
If you push "0" after listening to the message and the after the tone, you will follow the Success path.
Does your email account have a first name and last name? And when you choose it from the Email settings in control panel ,do you use the browse function to choose the user?
If so,voicemail pro will put the name in with a space and SMTP wont accept it. (it puts a + in place of the space)...
