Trouble logging into voicemail pro on server edition

Try to uninstall the VMPro client, reinstall with Administrator privileges and then run the client as Administrator

    Call park not working?

Calls that are transferred to non-agents also can't be parked. You can fix this by adding a NoUser Source Number of ACCS_FEATUREMASK=00000005

    IP500 BT Branding

Double check any trial licenses you get from PLDS too. Have seen a couple of Server Editions need reinstalling when BT branding showed up out of the blue with their endpoint licenses!

    IP Office SCN Problems

It hasn't. I've had exactly the same issue and after a month of the service provider confirming that H323 ALG was turned off, they then actually turned it off and everything started working! I suspect they had SIP ALG turned off and not H323

    Receptionnist Sofconsole HELL 9.1.4

Transfer to Voicemail is a known bug. Scheduled fix is SP5. Pressing the message button on your handset while on a call still works though. If you raise with Avaya there is a CP for this too

    IP Office Communicator for Web

Read all about it: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101011736 It's pretty cool from the limited time I've spent with it, but I'm biased because WebRTC rocks

Dialup when IP OFFICE 500 has SIP trunks

Haha, yes you can, but that doesn't make for as a good a story

Cannot "Copy" VM pro messages to other users

Mostly you'll have less confused end users that aren't overwhelmed by options going to IP office mode.

Cannot "Copy" VM pro messages to other users

Are you running VMPro in IP Office or Intuity mode? Save yourself the pain and change it to IP Office if it's not already. Mailbox guides are here: Intuity: http://marketingtools.avaya.com/knowledgebase/businesspartner/ipoffice/mergedProjects/mailboxintuity/firsttimeaccess.htm IP Office...

Cannot "Copy" VM pro messages to other users

Go in the old fashioned way (*17) and record your name when prompted. It should start working after that

Dialup when IP OFFICE 500 has SIP trunks

SSL VPN server is definitely the way to go. 24 hour proactive monitoring becomes a possibility and your customers will love you for it. Best part is that you're not connecting to their network so it alleviates the security concerns IT normally have.

    Noob question of licenses

Haha intrigrant. And just when you think you've got a handle on it, it changes again!

Web Voicemail for VM Pro on server 2012R2

Go to Add Roles and Features. Get to Server Roles. Expand Web Server(IIS). Expand Web Server. Expand Application Development. Enable CGI. This should solve it. If not, turn on Server Side Includes as well. You might need IIS 6 management Compatibility turned on too

    PC in Digital Port

That's exactly what I needed! Cracking way to keep making money though. Haha Cheers

    Time based Incoming call bar

Hi TISTech1 Use a week planner in VMPro to set the time periods. Send the calls straight to a Listen task and deliver the calls to the right mailbox. For bonus points, rather than setting this up for every indial, use a Generic String Manipulation to capture the last few digits of the $CALLED...

    PC in Digital Port

Hi Everyone, It's pretty well documented that PC + digital port = blown port/module and it's pretty expensive to get the smoke back inside the unit. Does anyone know the reason why? Poor build quality seems to be the front runner, but on a technical level, what actually causes it? Cheers!
