Double check any trial licenses you get from PLDS too. Have seen a couple of Server Editions need reinstalling when BT branding showed up out of the blue with their endpoint licenses!
It hasn't. I've had exactly the same issue and after a month of the service provider confirming that H323 ALG was turned off, they then actually turned it off and everything started working! I suspect they had SIP ALG turned off and not H323
Transfer to Voicemail is a known bug. Scheduled fix is SP5. Pressing the message button on your handset while on a call still works though. If you raise with Avaya there is a CP for this too

SSL VPN server is definitely the way to go. 24 hour proactive monitoring becomes a possibility and your customers will love you for it. Best part is that you're not connecting to their network so it alleviates the security concerns IT normally have.
Go to Add Roles and Features. Get to Server Roles. Expand Web Server(IIS). Expand Web Server. Expand Application Development. Enable CGI. This should solve it. If not, turn on Server Side Includes as well. You might need IIS 6 management Compatibility turned on too

Use a week planner in VMPro to set the time periods. Send the calls straight to a Listen task and deliver the calls to the right mailbox. For bonus points, rather than setting this up for every indial, use a Generic String Manipulation to capture the last few digits of the $CALLED...

It's pretty well documented that PC + digital port = blown port/module and it's pretty expensive to get the smoke back inside the unit.
Does anyone know the reason why? Poor build quality seems to be the front runner, but on a technical level, what actually causes it?
