Call park not working?

Hello,

Is there a way to call park with IPOCC agent? Always get a 'rejected call' when trying to park call..

This is described in the Avaya IP Office Contact Center Reference Configuration under Topic call best practices

Call park
In the UI, transfer the call you want to park into a special topic. This way, IP Office Contact Center objects, such as the original topic and call tags, will not be lost.

Calls that are transferred to non-agents also can't be parked. You can fix this by adding a NoUser Source Number of ACCS_FEATUREMASK=00000005
