The public key is wrong in the address book. You need to get the user to send you their public key which you can then copy and paste into the address book.
You cant. The passwords are changed using the user ID file. So unless you have the file and you know what the password you cant. Unless you are running R5 with password recovery.
As far as I know there is no way you can do this. You will have to recreate the ID. The user will only loose old encrypted mail if you do this. They will still have the old inbox so it isnt to bad.
Do you have a folder in your inbox called Calendar ??? If so remove it and try again. You could also try rebuilding the views. You could also try deleting all the views and refresh the mailbox from the template.
You need to check the security settings. Which you can access from the desktop and going into User preferences. The security options are set globally in your names.nsf on the server. So you will need to check there as well
