Where to find Notes specific *.mdm files?

Hi,

I trying to find *.mdm files that are required so that I can use the dial up option in Notes. There is a setting in Notes where I have to select the modem name and type so that Notes can "access" the modem and use it correctly.

Does anybody know a site which has a list of these *.mdm files to download??
