Looks like that was just an alignment problem when I copied and pasted. Missed it when I did it 5.2 and 9.1 are the installed. The others are there for upgrading. Just want to ensure I do them in the right order or can I just go 9.4 and then 7.1 ? Thanks

If you want to see what the port is connected to at the time you should use the "resource" command (if it still works on the 3300 ) Resource 1 3 1 4 1 This will tell you the PLID that it is connected to.

Do you know which type of "analogue" interface the paging unit has ? I've seen paging systems that use both trunks and extensions (fxo & fxs) If the paging unit is in the vicinity of the 5000 why not use one of the physical ports on the back if they are spare ?

Simple fix is to create the directory it requires and put the file in there (C:\fakepath\) Otherwise its probably an IE issue as above.
