    Just need to have the AA in site A transfer to a unassigned number in site B. Assign that number to a target line that is answered by AA.

    BCM 450

    For the name to be delivered, you need to have a company name set. This is found under Telephony--> Global Settings--> Feature settings. The system will take the Company name and add the set name to the end. It is not possible to use the feature codes on system B.

    Call is being dropped due to bad data in DCH message. I would recommend using the UIP in the BCM Monitor to attempt to capture the info. Should also report to Rogers.

    The answer is yes, if you are willing to upgrade. There is a SDN table to can be used to send a call to a greeting table by DN rather then line, but it is not available on BCM400. Would need to upgrade to BCM450.

    BCM450 IP - redirect ring

    It is a feature on the VM. It can be disabled on mailbox by mailbox basis. Follow the instructions below to disable it. Login to MB. Press ADMIN. Press GREET. Press CFWD. Press NEXT. Press CHG. You can then disconnect from the VM.

    The answer depends on the system. If you are using IP sets, then you need to take into account how many IP sets you are licensed for before attempting to increase the VM ports. If you are using digital sets, just increase and reboot.

    If you have any plans to upgrade, you can do this on a BCM450. You can use a web based application called mailboxmanager. It is available on BCM50 3.0 and higher and all BCM450.

    On a BCM 3.X, if a LED is red,the issue causing the light to be red needs to be resolved to reset it. If the power LED is red, you have a problem with either the power supply or the commerial power. The light was changed in 4.0 to indicate alarms.
