Normally when you are getting a 404 not found that would be a problem with the number you are attempting to dial to not being located. For example, the To: address will be something like 1234@10.10.10.10. The issue you are having is with the 1234 part. The system is unable to find that in it's...
The easiest way to retrieve the CDR records is by pulling them out of a backup. If you are already doing scheduled backups, just grab one of the files and open like a zip file. If you do not, then run a backup. If you deselect the VM and IVR options, you can do it without service interruption...
You need to have multiple "appearences" of the target line on the set. You still need to apply these multiple appearences even though they are ring only. I would suggest matching the number of appearences with the number of intercom eys so you can get as many calls as there are intercoms to...

If you have any plans to upgrade, you can do this on a BCM450. You can use a web based application called mailboxmanager. It is available on BCM50 3.0 and higher and all BCM450.
On a BCM 3.X, if a LED is red,the issue causing the light to be red needs to be resolved to reset it. If the power LED is red, you have a problem with either the power supply or the commerial power. The light was changed in 4.0 to indicate alarms.
