Last Qestion - I Hope : StarTalk AA not answering

Okay I think I have it all programmed up now but I can't get the AA to answer. (Norstar CICS w/StarTalk v1.9 I think). I've got the menus set up, paths, greeting, and tables... then I enabled the tree and the lines. Still doesn't answer.

Am I leaving something out? What about the phone system programming for AA?

are the lines assigned to be answered by AA after x-amount of rings?

Yeah... I finally got it to work after I posted.... turns out I had not set prime lines.

Well, one last problem though. I want to shorten the rings to answer to much shorter, but I cannot seem to make it happen. I've adjusted them all to the lowest settings, but it still takes 4 rings to answer. Ideas?

F982 pass operator. set Answer lines? to yes.

You have to go to AA and lines and assign the ring count the only thing you did was directed the calls to the prime in the phone system.

do remember that the caller id info comes in on the second ring so allow for it
