Call Pilot Admin Password

I know I should probably be in a BCM forum but I'm not familiar with it so I'm posting here. Can someone give me instructions on how to default the Admin password on a BCM 50 s/w ver. 5.0 ?

have u tried f985 9 pswd from a 7316 set? or u could do it via EM.

If you do not know the admin password, you must contact Avaya to get the password reset.
