    Is SCN turned on? you have short codes that are not neccessary if it is. The gateway iP address on the voip line is the IPO at the far site? No name/number conflicts across the network? take into account numbers assigned to spare ports as well.

    When ipos were configured were they all done from default rather than 1 cfg modified then sent to others, seen this cause probs over scn, data base must keep some ref to the original box

    phone manager install hung at %70 so cancelled, now shows in programs/ipoffice/phonemanger but get errors when starting then shuts down, there are none of the usual registry entries so when running setup it doesnt know what state the install is in...someone posted a fix for the registry to add...

    jml2665...this is vm lite with the embedded card. Make sure you dont have any conflicting shortcodes. Try creating a second AA and access via the new shortcodes created..

    Customers CS data base has disappeared, searching for calls before a certain date finds record of call but when trying to play it get message "no longer avaliable on online storage or archive" Well within the 60 months to store calls for, not archived...

    dial from outlook no dialtone

    Go off hook on analogue ext, dial from outlook, user hears dialtone untill call is answered at other end, no ringing. Dial from outlook when onhook works ok and rings phone to alert of the outgoing call. Is this a bug or the way it works.

    use a virtual user that fws to cell number with vm turned off, or a short code, and fwd the required user to that SC or virtual user....
