Print the DN that you want to out. You can out the TN it is Marped on probably shows on key 0. If the extension appears on other phones you can just out the key it is on.

If the DN is on multiple phones and you want to leave it that way, just out the TN of the phone you no longer require. If you want the DN completely out of the system then you will need to take the DN of the other phones by nulling the key it is on. Not sure I completely understand but hope...
