Some type of Do Not Disturb feature on Phone?

StanleySteamer, thanks for the link but on gwebster's thread it says you need to be on rls 5.0 or higher, I'm only on rls 3. Are there any other options?

Some type of Do Not Disturb feature on Phone?

I programmed the MSB feature onto the users phone. I tested, by making a call from the users PDN and then pressing the MSB feature, made a second call coming into the users set, but the call still came in on the users rollover line. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Some type of Do Not Disturb feature on Phone?

Pressing the forward key would be a good idea but on the 3904 set, you don't have the option to press the forward when on a active call. The forward feature is only available when the phone is in an idle state. The user would like his callers that don't get answered to go straight to voicemail...

His PDN and rollover appears on his two secretary phones. When he's on the phone and a second call comes in, sometimes he does not want to be bothered by...

Restore a deleted message for a single user mailbox

So then from now on I would have to perform two different backups for the system and user messages? I thought a full system backup would take care of these problems? Thanks!

Can't enter 9 digit auth code in LD 88

I can try that but the current codes being used by clients must stay as an 8 digit auth code. I thought you said I can't have 8 and 9 digit codes at the same time?

    ACD call center setup

Hey telebub, the funny thing is that a had already placed big notes warning these agents to use the MSB key when they step away from there phone, but I'm sure you know how difficult it is to know how to press a simple button for some people in this work force. I expressed my opinion to the firm...

    ACD call center setup

Ok I tried again and it worked but it seems like the first call in has to be sacrificed then the following call activates MSB on the logged in ACD set allowing the caller and any future calls to go to the persons voicemail they wished to speak to. I guess this will have to do for now. But is...

    ACD call center setup

Thanks for the feed back, but for some reason I still have no luck with this. I made sure one ACD sets were in MSB, not using NRD and had one set logged in. I made a call to a phone I had programmed to FDN to this ACD group after 3 rings. Once my call forwards to this queue, I'd be stuck in it...

    ACD call center setup

Thanks for the quick reply telebub! I made the change and tested. After the 3rd ring to the attorney phone I was then forwarded to the ACD queue but kept ringing in that queue after the 4th ring even if I changed the prompt RTQT to 4 and RTQO to MSB. I attached a print out of the ACD queue and 1...

    ERROR code BERR600

I have not done anything yet to resolve the problem because I wasn't sure what to do. I haven't got anymore of those BERR errors since the one I posted about, do you think reseating the card may help this out, or should I just leave it alone for now being that the errors didn't come back?
