Is there any programming when adding a (NTMN72AA)full duplex handsfree mod and a (NTMN71AA)accessory conn mod to a 3904 set, or is this a quick snap on and plugin fix to get the full duplex feature?

Full Duplex Handsfree
The Full Duplex Handsfree (FDHF) functionality allows simultaneous
two-way communication duringa handsfree call. For Full Duplex Handsfree
functionality, you require an M3904 Phase III set equipped with an FDHF
cartridge.
The FDHF functionality requires the followingha rdware:
• M3904 Phase III set (NTMN34GA)
Note: NTMN34TA is the M3904 Phase III Icon set.
• Full Duplex Handsfree cartridge (NTMN72AA)

LD 11 – Allow the Handsfree Class of Service.

Doesn't the M3904 Phase III set (NTMN34GA) already have the full-duplex speakerphone built-in? I thought that was the difference between the Phase III GA and the earlier M3904 sets.
