Yes it is possilbe.U have to give and Phantom DN as 1234 while creating the user in SCCS.This will appear while creating the user below the agent login ID.And create one phantom DN as 1234 in M1 (say type as 500)and set the FTR as CFW 16.
This will allow to reach the agent by dialling 1234...

While u create now NCOS you have to map those NCOS to FRL's in ld 87 under NCTL prompt.Under there prompt u have to give the NRAG (will be 0,1,2,3,etc) and for each NRANG u have to assin an FRL vaule.Usually do one to one mapping.

2.Then go to M1 and check the TN 65 0 (which is created as 3456) and check for the CFW is set as CFW XXXX (Where XXXX is the SCR number configured in the phoneset he logged IN)...
