Can an agent login id be called directly? Exaple - an agent logs in with login code 1234 with position id 4567, can I call 1234 and get the agent phone to ring? If yes/no, what are the limitations and settings?

Yes it is possilbe.U have to give and Phantom DN as 1234 while creating the user in SCCS.This will appear while creating the user below the agent login ID.And create one phantom DN as 1234 in M1 (say type as 500)and set the FTR as CFW 16.

This will allow to reach the agent by dialling 1234 irrespective of whereever he loggs in.......

Best of luck..
