    badbigben has hit the nail on the head, this mobo needs to have balanced ram, especially if you have set the board up up to use ram interleaving, it never likes unbalanced values. I had a clietn try and do this very thing. Either use all 512 or 1gig Jim

    Make sure that your motherboard And or bios is set to a compatible ram rate eg 133 266 400 etc, mismatched fsb/ram rates could be the problem, with your blue screen probs.

    Are you sure these are firewire ports and not USB? if they are fire wire ports and not being recoginised in your devices list , it may be that they are not enabled in your bios setup. Get into your bios set up and make sure Firewire support is enabled. Jayjaykay
