Apparently something was screwed up with the BootP in Manager.
I downloaded a different BootP server, and the 500 downloaded the file immediately.
Apparently, the IPO 500's responses to DTE commands (AT-X, etc) are different, but the result is the same.

Having a problem with an IPO 500...
I have 2 DS-8 boards, and 2 Legacy boards, each with an ATM-4.
When I boot up, in SSA I see the two ATM4's and the two DS-8's, but in Manager, no lines appear on the "Lines" form.
I have tried swapping which module bay the cards are in, (3&4 with 1&2)...
We're getting it to work on IP Office with NO WebLM Server.... therefore no license neccesary. If we don't give the phone a WebLM server address, it doesn't ask for one, and it doesn't say that it'll only work for 30 days...
Is this working as designed, or an Avaya 'oops' ?

I'm trying to hook up a Fax Finder from MultiTech; same idea... we got a VMI, and I was travelling down the same path (fwding virtual numbers), but I'm stuck...

Yes, the Fax Finder works with Key Systems as well. The requirement that MultiTech gives is that the system must be able to deliver calls sent to many DIDs on through to one or two extensions.
I'm having no problems with this part, it's just that the MICS isn't sending the DTMF tones on down...

I am trying to configure a product called a FaxFinder by MultiTech on my Norstar MICS.
The way this product is supposed to work is as follows:

I know I can just leave a phone off the hook to keep the system busy, but I want to cancel this request.

On the extension form, the 'Caller display' was 'Off', and I switched it to 'On', but with the same results.
I have always gotten the caller ID info at the bottom of the screen, just not next to the call appearances...
Any other ideas??
We just installed an IPOffice with ~120 stations, and none of the 5420 sets display the caller ID info next to the Call Appearance buttons when the caller is placed on hold.
We then tested this on our in-shop IPO on an older VOIP set, and it worked fine.
Is this a firmware issue, something...

Is there a way to cancel a wakeup call?
In 'display display-messages auto-wakeup-dn-dst', there is the message 'Wakeup Request Cancelled', so I would assume it's possible, but there seems to be no label for this in the button programming...
Is it done by a certain keystroke in the wakeup call...
