i would like to mov a receptionist phone which is a 2250, i went to LD 20 and as soon as i enter 2250 on type to mov it, i get an error. should i be going to a different LD or is the commands different?

apparently in ld 17 it does not accept prt

is there a way to have more than one person log onto a PBX, currently on our system only one person one session

how do i upgrade firmware on a 3903, apparently some of the soft keys are not displaying yet it is programmed on the PBX. the one that has ver 14 is Ok but the one with ver 10 is not

Question: i have done all that but when people call externally the call ends up at reception not forwarded but if called internally the forwarding works fine

I am having the exact problem, i have set the cls=cfxa and now if i dial the phone DN it forwards but if i call from an outside line it goes to the our main reception. What am i missing?

I think so, i have about 50 people moving in and i have to find available DN's

what is the command for finding out all available DN's?

what command do i need to type to find all available DN's, i know the one for finding TN is LUVU but don't remember for DN's
