what is the command for finding out all available DN's?

if you mean spare
in LD10/11 or 20

REQ = PRT
TYPE = LUDN

I think so, i have about 50 people moving in and i have to find available DN's

sounds like you need both spare DN's & TN's

REQ = PRT
TYPE = LUDN will identify spare numbers

REQ = LUU
TYPE = 3904 or 500 will indentify spare digital & analogue equipment numbers

LDIS x where x = a loop number will identify any programmed TN's that are disabled & likely to have no phones attached.

You can also STAT card slots

Thanks wdhb, much appreciated. i do have the TN's. How about finding when was the last time a DN or TN was used i.e if an employee left and thier phone was never either DISU ot OUT

The only way you would know that is if your running billing software & can search for extns with 0 calls. That would give you an indication, not a guarantee.
Alternatively, you can search for disabled system phones, like M2xx6 & M39xx type phones by doing an LDIS in LD32. If you have lots of analogue phones you need to do manual line test to see if there is a phone attached.
