Have you tried deselecting the "use default gateway on remote network" tickbox under the TCP/IP settings for the dial up networking settings on the client PC? I have encountered this problem in the past, and doing this resolved the problem. Ricky

The only answer to this problem that I have been able to find is this: When you open the NDR, click on the "Send again" button. This will open the original email, including body text. Seems a bit cumbersome, but at least you can identify who the sender/recipient is this way Hope...

Our server has been traditionally configured to have non deliverable mail sent to the MD. He now wants me to field these emails, and forward them to the appropriate people (where the address has been mistyped etc). I cannot find anywhere to specify an address to send non delivered emails...

Our server is unable to be pinged on the internet, although web browsing, mail delivery etc all work correctly. No configuration changes made apart from open relay settings altered. Any suggestions? Even our ISP cant ping it
