    Internet access for dial in client ?

    Have you tried deselecting the "use default gateway on remote network" tickbox under the TCP/IP settings for the dial up networking settings on the client PC? I have encountered this problem in the past, and doing this resolved the problem. Ricky

    I agree, good practice, however we havent configured our firewall to block icmp echoes. One minute it was working, the next it wasnt.     Our server is unable to be pinged on the internet, although web browsing, mail delivery etc all work correctly. No configuration changes made apart from open relay settings altered. Any suggestions? Even our ISP cant ping it
