You can use the "Hyena" software - I recommend it.
it's not expensive but its a very good management tool to manage users, computers , printers , even remote control end Exchange, remote registry...
with this tool you can see also the numbers of bad password attempts , last logon...
To resolve this behavior, run one of the following commands on the computer to

if i understand right then you can give them only write permission ( no read ) then they can drag & drop files in that directory but they can't access it and give administrators full controle. Eran

in active directory right click on your domain and open the security tab.click advanced find authenticated users click modify and on the "apply onto" scroll to users object and you will find there the option for changing password Eran
