    DNIS report in TM

First you need to see if you have the DNIS turned on for the route and then you need to have DCDR=YES. You also have to have FCDR=NEW in the PARM of the CFN. If you don't have these turned on, OTM/TM is unable to do a DNIS report. Jerry

    New numbers in switch

You might want to check the LDN's in the CDB. If the new number is sending 7 you will need to add that 7 digit DN to one of your unused LDN slots and then the call should get answered. The other option is to trace the call when it hits the trunk and see how many digits the far end is sending...

    Anyone install 6.0 out there?

We have it running on 6 of our systems and the best part is we are using the AD (Active Directory) login ID's as our login accounts. When you go from one element to another, you will be logged in. The UCM is biggest issues you and your distributor are going to have. The security domain...

OTM 2.2 - Maximum # of system locations?

OTM is licensed by TN's not by the number of sites. Each site will consume your number of TN's in the system. I do know that limit is 1,000 sites due to some limits of the SMP.mdb database. PS> I have a system running with 35 clients, 420 sites and 66,273 TN's in use. The standard...

    CallPilot Backup

Don't have your archives or backup running during the times of 3AM to 4:40AM. That is when CallPilot run the audits to remove expired messages and check for MMF errors. It will cause partial backups to full system crashes.
