Have you got CLS "USRA" set up. This will cause a pause in the ringing after X amount of rings. Another suggestion is to set up CFNA to another Internet telephone.
See if that works, as you may have to make changes to your ITG / Sig Server etc settings.

Another try to descibe the behavior:
After the 1st 4 rings comes a nearly unhearable "higs" and continue ringing. It's like the Succession tries to forward the call but can't and the call comes back to the source Phone. Source an destination Phones are i2002.
