We will be upgrading our system by the end of next month. Any horror stories out there? Any key items I need to watch out for? Thanks.

There are no problems upgrading for the software only. There are issues to watch out for if doing the VoIP. You need to make sure you IP network has QOS and that includes any WAN connects for offsite users trying to do VoIP. If you don't, your users will hunt you down. We where told by the data folks that there where no issues. We later found out that they where not looking a queuing dealys at the routers. Those delays cuased the packets to arrive too late and cuased them to be tossed. (Choppy voice or no speach at times).

Have a QOS health check done with some type software like Voice Chariot or some other appplication. It will show where the problems could be or are.
