Within Table Editor in IVR Designer do you know of a way of searching within the tables or if not how we can export the table data into spreadsheet

We have set up the 'MeetMe Conference' facility on our Definity G3r v11 but have experienced several line quality issues with international conference parties whereby the line audio level is extremely quiet such that the other party/ies cannot hear one another.

Hi, sorry if I appear daft but I thought that there were only 16 ports on an analogue card & therefore only 16 pairs - are you sure that you haven't connected this to a digital card instead? (i.e. up to 24 ports/pairs)

We would use our Racal Wordnet Recorders' "Wordnet Workstation" application to find the call and get the call details which reveal IVR dialled digits. However, you might be able to pick this detail up from the CDR coming out of the switch. This should then be traceable on your call...

Hi, I agree with "telcoguy" that using a phone with console permissions (typically COS (Class OF Service)= 0) you should be able to use the FAC (Feature Access Code) typically #91 to deactivate as follows:
1]press a line/call appearance
2]dial #91 followed by the ext number you need...
