Restricted Call List (and Unrestricted) on Definity G3r

On Definity G3r - In the COR page 1, how do you access and amend the Restricted Call List (and Unrestricted) please?

Try 'change toll analysis'

This screen associates dialed strings to the system’s Restricted Call List (RCL), Unrestricted Call List (UCL), and Toll List. You can force users to dial an account code if you associate dialed strings with CDR Forced Entry of account Codes.

Thanks Stu4rtc - I jsut had a look at this however even with craft priviledges I don't see the choice for "change toll analysis" in fact not even "display toll analysis" although I can "list toll" "restricted" or "un-restricted" but obviously can't edit the numbers.

This can be accessed from the normal admin login.
