on an opt 11 don't login for f20 mins after the sysload as it takes mail about that long to load, if you login before mail loads the youi interup the proscess for mail to load .. check by dialing the mail number and make sure mer mail answers before loging in.
I read almost all of this and i don't think any said that after a reboot, you shouldn't log into the switch for about 230 mins. the ovly loader wants to bring upm mail . sometimes we log in too soon goodluck
you could just do a sysload if you have not done any other changes except for the acd. edd clr raises an inhibet flag that alows a data dump.
I'm sure that last night your system did a data dump, (and on a sysload you will lose anything you programmed today)
and will have to redo those items...
says that the pointers have failed for distinctive ringing.
are you using distnctive ringing?
bug codes are generally self correcting. if they arenot streaming on your swtch, they are probably not an issue, are you experiencing any problems?
I'm inclined to agree with 1brc, change the software daughterbooard, then move toward the SSC card(ssc prob ok)
it looks like its a read write prob. to mem. or from mem.
In my opinion, you need to nail down nortel, for this prob. as they made the darn box. and if you have registered this switch, and have all your ducks lined up correctly, nt is obligated to help. post the code agin.
ACD IS A VERY TOUCHY AREA YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL.
IF YOU HAVE A VENDOR I WOULD UTILIZE THEM.
OTHERWISE LD 11 WILL ALLOW YOU TO OUT CHG OR NEW
IF YOU DO YOURSELF THIS FAVOR TO YOURSELF. PRINT ALL PHONES OF EACH ACD GROUP FIRST.
PRINTING A DNB IN LD 20 THEN A TNB ON LD 20 WILL GET YOU...
it's not just the fans. you could have an analog phone card bad, shelf, modual issues and so on ..
that light is the powr monitor lite. ,,are you getting any bsd090's? or ced codes, maybe your fans need cleaned .(by vaccuuuming only)
this msg that you are recieving indicates that the tn or ext is unequipped. this indicates that there may be some mild corruption. out the phone and rebuild it, if you can.
if you can't rebuild this phone or out it, it would be best to get your vendor involved. wbs
