What is BUG 1311 and what can I do about it? I looked it up and it is not all that clear to me. The local vendor says that it is a known problem without cure yet. Thanks.

are you using distnctive ringing?

bug codes are generally self correcting. if they arenot streaming on your swtch, they are probably not an issue, are you experiencing any problems?

We don't use distinctive ringing, and I'm not sure what the "pointers" for it may be. Is distinctive ringing something that must be allowed in some other load? Some sets may have this feature allowed accidentally and the feature not allowed globally. The error appears many times a day, and doesn't seem to cause a problem, other than the fact that it bothers me to see anything I can't understand on the error log.
