you still have agents in that Q it will neverlet you out this til the agents are gone.. or outed out your agents then the supervisor then the acd grp.

ACD IS A VERY TOUCHY AREA YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL.
IF YOU HAVE A VENDOR I WOULD UTILIZE THEM.

OTHERWISE LD 11 WILL ALLOW YOU TO OUT CHG OR NEW


IF YOU DO YOURSELF THIS FAVOR TO YOURSELF. PRINT ALL PHONES OF EACH ACD GROUP FIRST.

PRINTING A DNB IN LD 20 THEN A TNB ON LD 20 WILL GET YOU STARTED. THEN IN 20, OR LD 11 WHICHEVER. OUT TYPE 2008,2616, SO ON. BUT ON YOUR PRINT OUT. LOOK UNDER THE ITEM CLS. IF YOU SEE SPV THIS PHONE OR PHONES SHOULD BE OUTED LAST....LOOK UNDER THE KEY PART OF THE PRINT OUT AND KEY 0 AGT PHONES TO BE OUTED FIRST ..WHEN YOU GOTM ALL OUT THEN YOU CAN OUT YOUR ACD BLOCK IN LD 23. BE CAREFUL CORRUPTING THE SYSTEM IS EASY FROM HERE.,

You will need to contact a vender. I had the same issue with rls 24.24. I had to reload software on a new system ( it had no database yet) and the other I had a TAC Engineer load some patches in. These ACD's were part of the default database.
