    There's a patch for this exact issue - for 9.0, but it works properly in 9.1.5 Xima - Check security settings for TFTP, something changed and you need to manually configure that to have it all working properly

    I had a similar issue in the past - what firmware are you running on the MATA? If its older than M-ATA_0011.r0 then get that firmware from their site and you should be good to go

    Ran into an interesting issue while integrating with a legacy TDM Dialer. Dialer connects to an IP500v2 R9.0.5 via PRI using QSIG A and then places calls out to the PSTN via SIP trunking.     I had a similar problem a while back with the same release, different switches. The phone would just freeze up and a reboot brought it back. Bring it down to v2.3.0 - that fixed it for me.
